tap - Odd Side ale room in Grand Haven. Part of a flight - decent flavor and complexity - pretty light on the alcohol though

Draft. The pour is dark with nice head. The aroma is a mix of malt, and then the chocolate hits you. A very subtle hint of coffee. The taste pleasant, you get a lot of chocolate. A little thin. Overall a good stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Odd Side. Pours dark brown, little head, aromas of chocolate and coffee. Yummy smell! Flavor is pretty good too. Lots of chocolate and coffee that then disappears in a thin finish.

Draft at Graydon’s Crossing, Grand Rapids. Opaque red-brown body, thin tan head. Nose of chocolate and coffee beans. Ashy body with hints of vanilla; mostly roasted to burnt coffee beans, acidic roast, and dark chocolate. Thin and chalky but not bad.

Draft. Poured black color with a large creamy brown head that was mostly lasting and produced excellent lacing. Moderate sweet roast coffee aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy roasted sweet coffee flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration. Good beer with an after dinner cigar break.

On tap at Odd Side this past weekend. Served in a pint glass. Pours near-black with a 1.5-finger mocha head with good retention. Nice spotty lacing as it falls down to a thin cap. Nose starts out with a huge chocolate presence along with underlying coffee and roast. Light cream as well. Taste is really nice, expertly blending the notes of chocolate and coffee with a dollop of heavy cream. A bit of roast in the background. Medium body is super chewy and creamy with great carbonation levels. Really delicious brew.
