Very hoppy for a pale ale style. More in the ipa league. Hoppy, piney, floral and very citrusy. Reminds me of a fruity ipa.

Pours a pale gold with a long-lasting white foam head. Aroma is citrus, floral, lemon, spicy notes. Flavor is a tangy citrus, lemon, and floral hops, with a moderate touch of bitterness and a crisp finish. Solid.

Draft. Pours a clear golden color with a slight off-white head. Smells of tropical fruit, mango. A moderate bitterness with some tropical fruit up front. Light+ bodied; average carbonation; finishes moderately bitter and lightly dry.

Reviewed from notes. Thanks Joe.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a pale amber body with orange hues and a quickly dissipating off-white somewhat foamy head. Lacing was barely there.
The aroma had a ton of citrus rolling into light tropical tones of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and then gently backed up by some light pine.
The taste takes the harsh bitter side of the citrus to combine nicely through the sweet tones of the tropical notes. Thereís a light aftertaste of citrus sweet to bitterness rolling into a semi-dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable bitter dry feel rolling over my tongue.
Overall, APA or AIPA, I donít know, but real good, wish I could get it on a daily basis, if I could, Iíd be pounding this in the Summers.

On tap at The Buck. Pours cloudy amber with a thick off-white head and a strong citrus aroma. There is a solid pale malt base with some nicely balanced hopping. Itís all about the Citra.

Nice solid APA. Really bright Citra aroma. Just barely enough candied malt to stand up to the hop bitterness in the flavor. Good beer.

Clear amber pour, good sized head. Aroma of citra hop, mango, pineapple, dank, lightly catty. Mango and pineapple up front. Loses some of its dank characteristic in the taste. Medium body.

Need to preface this by saying Iím a huge citra fan. This beer had a horrible appearance, way too much sediments and floaties. This was a fresh beer and it looked like an ipa that has sat on the shelf for a year. Decent aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, lemon but has a resinous scent that slightly throws it off. Super juicy on the palate, piney, tart. My first beer from this brewery, while I thought it was good it needs a little tweaking.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap: Pale amber body with orange highlights & a quickly sifting off-white head. Aroma loaded with Citra hops (duh) including notes of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, & pine. Largely tropical with some bitter, citric counterpoints & a notable raw-hop presence. Flavor cuts hard with nice amounts of pine, resin, & in-your-face hop notes. The edges round out with pineapple, mango, swift tangerine peel, & a bit of grapefruit rind. A touch of white pepper spiciness lingers with the lightly oily pine sap towards the finish. Mildly toasted malt remains light enough to not stand in the way or add too much sweetness. Crisp mouth feel, modestly sticky. Really enjoyable stuff.
