12oz bottle, from the Woodstock Wine & Cheese. Enjoyed from a plastic cup. Good creamy light khaki head. Nice lace. Great authentic mild peppery grapefruit flavor, without being anywhere near too tart. Medium-plus body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Mild slick, light dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Decent dryness. Solid grapefruit wheat. I’m impressed and satisfied.

On tap at the source. Served at their brewing facility taproom while the pub was being refurbished. Aroma is wheat and bitter grapefruit peel. Fairly bitter. Hazy yellow pour. Meh.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours very hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, pepper, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of grapefruit, pale malt, and fruity/spicy yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, pepper, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of citrus peel bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, pear, apple, pepper, wheat, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of grapefruit, pale malt, and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; with a good malt/yeast/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very nice fruited pale wheat ale style. All around good robustness and balance of grapefruit, pale malt, and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a dull cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of mild wheat beer sweetness, grapefruit, mild spice. Flavor is grapefruit flesh and grapefruit peel, with some medium wheat beer sweetness rounding things out. Fairly simple, straight forward.

Little grapefruit in either aroma or taste. Very cloudy dark golden color. Solid body for a low alcohol wheat beer.

Clear golden pour with a single finger head. Aroma of light grapefruit and a little pepper. Medium mouth. Taste is pretty light with hints of grapefruit and pepper. Long bitter finish full of citrus. Dries your mouth out.

This poured a bright orange with a white head. Aroma was of wheat, and light grapefruit. Flavor was grapefruity , but mild, and pretty standard wheat background.

Bottle: Very cloudy, dirty yellow with a small white head....a lot of sediment. Slightly tart grapefruit/orange aroma. Taste is sweet-tart grapefruit, wheat malt. A bit of grainy bittering.

bottle. Golden with one finger head. Wheat beers usually suffer from lack of flavor, but this is a pleasant exception. Nice grapefruit flavor with some mild hops as well. Very well done.

pours hazy pale yellow with a small white cap demonstrating some retention and lacing. delicate floral citrus - grapefruit moreover, dry wheatiness, lot of pepper, lean and faint fruitiness - white grapes - almost a white wine feeling, hint of mint. average carboantion - tad fizzy, light body - slightly watery, dry citrusy-very spicy-peppery medium long finish. particularly enjoyed this singular fruit wheat brew.
