2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. Probably an old bottle. Medium haze, but pretty clear. golden, frothy white head. Aroma is wheat, lemon, peppercorn, def. A spice kick, clove, banana. Not bad. Flavor is malt heavy, wheat, spice kick, bubblegum. Not phenomenal, but that’s OK bc it ain’t bad.

This poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was lemony, grainy and banana character. Flavor was similar, a pretty nice American hefe overall.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, darker murky orange Amber color, not much head retention. Nose displays malted wheat, grain subdued clove and straw.
Flavor has a strong malted wheat backbone with the traditional Hefeweizen yeast by products subdued. But they are all there. Light spice in the finish and a mild off sour note due to the age. With the freshness of the bottle past its prime it is still very drinkable. And that speak to the quality of this crafted ale. Thanks going to shurbber85 on providing me with this bottle.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a thin white head, very little lacing. Initial taste is of a traditional Hefeweizen but has a sour weird after taste. Very thin body as well. Average.

Very light. Not my favorite. Has a weird taste that I can’t place. A bit funky and that’s with a second try.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle to half-pint glass. Looks solid; a hazy pineapple orange with white head that dissipates into lacing pretty quickly. Smells of hefe yeast and orange citrus. Tastes like it smells with a pleasant mouthfeel. A decent hefe.
