3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, darker murky orange Amber color, not much head retention. Nose displays malted wheat, grain subdued clove and straw.
Flavor has a strong malted wheat backbone with the traditional Hefeweizen yeast by products subdued. But they are all there. Light spice in the finish and a mild off sour note due to the age. With the freshness of the bottle past its prime it is still very drinkable. And that speak to the quality of this crafted ale. Thanks going to shurbber85 on providing me with this bottle.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a thin white head, very little lacing. Initial taste is of a traditional Hefeweizen but has a sour weird after taste. Very thin body as well. Average.

Very light. Not my favorite. Has a weird taste that I can’t place. A bit funky and that’s with a second try.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle to half-pint glass. Looks solid; a hazy pineapple orange with white head that dissipates into lacing pretty quickly. Smells of hefe yeast and orange citrus. Tastes like it smells with a pleasant mouthfeel. A decent hefe.

Pretty solid beer had on tap in brewpub, looks and scent don’t match beer in my opinion but still good

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour out of 12 oz bottl, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of white fruit, grass, some banana, wheatgrass, hints of grain, orange in there as well. Taste is a mix of banana, grass, some orange, hints of white grape into some yeast, spice, some bready biscuit, finishing fairly sweet.
