On tap at Odd Side. Pours a clear gold with little head and aromas of peaches and light malts. Flavor is light beer with peaches. Not particularly outstanding, and I couldn’t find a lot of tea in there, but I liked it. Simple and refreshing.

This was the only of the seven beers at Odd Side that I sampled but didn’t enjoy. The problem here was that the peach was weak, the tea was more pronounced, and there were some very unattractive grassy notes, with a lingering murkiness in the finish. Not enjoyable for me. (on tap at brewpub)

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of peaches, malt, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of peaches, malt, and bread, leading to a dry finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 29, 2012
Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing off-white head. More peach than tea in the nose. Fairly light body, a dry fruitiness with distinct notes of peach - and perhaps even a little tea towards the finish. Has a late slight tartness. Dry finish. But quite drinkable. 290512

On tap: The aroma consists of light-moderate peaches and a definite tea note that I’ve never experienced in a beer. It’s a transparent golden-orange with a small white head and some dotted lacing is left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts a quick dose of lightly tart peach. The finish has light-moderate tea notes along with mild floral and grassy hops. It’s light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, this definitely has tea notes than any other beer I’ve had. I’d say it’s a slight step above your everyday lawnmower beer.
