Draft. An unclear light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with citrusy notes of hops as well as notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of sloe berries and wheat, leading to a slightly bitter finish with notes of straw.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is rubber, rissengrød and wheat. Flavour is wheaty and dry. Slight bitter finish.

(On tap) Pours a very pale golden with a small, white head. Pleasant grapefruitish aroma. Light and watery body with weak notes of citrus - and then it quickly fades away. 110507

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Hazy pale yellow. Papery malt aroma. Sweet with light notes of vegetables. Light bodied with soft malt profile and low bitterness. Doesn’t offer a lot of flavour, but the softness is pleasant.

Draught. Hazy yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of fruits and spices. Flavour of fruits, spices and hops.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Grassy and slightly spicy aroma. Sweet malty and slightly grassy bitter flavor with some spicy hints. Sweet finish with some spicy hints.

Draught, 3.5% at KØ07. Hazy, very pale yellow colour. Small, chalky white head. Light mouthfeel. Sweetish, spicy flavour with some good hoppiness. Low carbonation. Quaffable.

Bottle. Small head with very short duration. Color is hazy amber. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, caramel and spices.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2007. Unclear light yellow - white head. Aroma: Animals, spices. Taste: Spices, light fruity, malty, caramel, watery. Very mild and boring.

Draught. Hazy yellowish colour. Quite spiced aroma with some fruitiness. The flavour is also quite spiced, bit fruity and malty. The finish is sweet and spiced. For a 3.5% beer it is actually a good try.
