COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Richer than most amber ales, 90 Shilling is smooth & deeply satisfying, with a crisp, clean Colorado taste. The name comes from the old Scottish method of naming a brewery's beer, based on original gravity and resulting tax rating.

Bottled. A nut brown coloured beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is leafy and malty with fruity hops also. Chewy fruits in the mouth with berry flavours and woody malts. Slightly boozy. Pretty good.

Bottled. Poured a light amber with medium head. Smells a bit like an aluminum can for some reason though. Tastes clean and fresh with a slight bitter after draw. Decently bodied with some citrus and cereal tastes.

Decent aroma and balanced hops with malt. A great everyday beer, but not alot to set it apart from the competition. Definitely worth a try.

Courtesy of Duane. Dark amber/mahogany, minimal head. Aroma very bland, skunk, and not much else. Flavor has some grainy, residuel sweetness, not much else. Underwhelming.
