Out of a Firkin at Firkin Fest 2012 (Happy Gnome). Far to much coconut for me! Not a fan of beers with coconut but this one balanced the beer well overall.

A lovely mix between the already delicious porter and nice light coconut milk. A match made in heaven.

This was the winner at the brewery, pour is hazy reddish milky brown with off white head, aroma brought toasted coconut, chocolate, coffee, roast, some slight nuts, toffee in there as well. Taste was like a coconut treat, with hints of coconut, toasted bread and nuts, hints of chocolate, roast, finishing a bit sweet but worked well. Really nice.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2012 Tap @ brewery. Dark brown-black appearance with a light brown head. Very rich coconut, dark chocolate malty, huge coconut aroma. Milky mouth feel. Sweet coconut milk, light chocolate, mild coffee flavor. KICK ASS!

Cask at the 2011 Small Batch Festival. Pours a dark chocolate brown color that is completely opaque with a one finger yellowish beige head that slowly fades into lasting cap. The glass is left Coated with soapy lacing Silky sweet chocolate aroma with lots of toasted coconut and subtle roasted malts. Hints of lactic cream, milk chocolate, toffee and coffee bean. Medium bodied but on the fuller end with a silky smooth toasted coconut flavor. Nice balance of sweet and roasted notes with hints of milk chocolate. toffee and slight coffee bean. Kind of like a rich chocolate coconut shake. Awesome!

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2012 On tap during Small Batch Revival 2011. Very dark ruby brownish. Smell is sweet and full of milky coconut, chocolate, some coffee, and some vanilla (though that might just be a tricky combination of coconut and coffee...). Taste was heavy on vanilla and coconut, very clean and cool with a body that was a little light--its only downside. Milky sweet with tones of cocoa and coffee. A tasty brew indeed.
