COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
44% Ale, 33% Ale aged in oak, 20% in Bourbon and 3% in Wine Bottles - A Method of brewing based on isolating first principals and making pronounced through pilot brewing the desired elements that contribute to the overall flavor. A Golden Ale created by blending the final recipe with its own barrel aged pilot beers fermented with wild yeasts. Each individual barrel contributes a unique flavor from the wood chosen and the cultures resident to achieve subtle complexities that develop(ed) over time. A beer which starts sweet, filling the mouth with fruit-like esters and a mild spiciness, changing to a tart and lingering flavor reminiscent of grapefruit living amidst an earthy, citrusy hop aroma. Define flavor for yourself in this constantly evolving liquid expression.

750 ml bottle shared with the group via one of my AZ friends (Dak, Dave, or Jason). Pours a hazy golden color with a large fluffy white head. The aroma has a combination of fruit, citrus, wood, funk, earthy, light bourbon and vanilla. The flavor has citrus, wood, tart fruit, funk, mildly acidic, light bourbon and vanilla with a splash of white grape juice. Dry Brett character. This was pretty tasty.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured cloudy dark orange with a moderate frothy brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus, wood and sour yeast with a small alcohol aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy balanced sweet & sour flavor with a medium to heavy sour & sweet finish with a warming burn of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer.

Some bourbon vanilla, bigger bitter taste, moderate sweet. Bigger body. Smooth, soft lighter carbonation. Lightly sticky in the finish. Light sour taste. Good stuff.
