Bottled. An unclear dark amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, malt, bourbon, and brettnomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, wood, bourbon, over ripe fruits, and caramel, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small to fully gone head. Aroma is overripe fruity and toasted malty. Citric, fruity, tart and wooden. Wineous and light earthy. MIld citric and dry finish. Dry earthy finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a tiny, rough off-white head. Nose has slightly tart, overripe fruit, some caramel as well. Medium body, completely flat, tart, boozy, caramellish - and nothing much more. Perhaps a whiff of wood. Rather sloppy and poor really. 250213

Bottle at Yespr’s - Thanks. Cloudy amber - no head. Amber malts, hay, light wooden. toasted, knækbrød, soapy, yeasty notes, carrot sweetness, freshness, some alcoholic notes, bretty notes, light american oakey notes, light dusty.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, Belgian yeast, vanilla, vinous, and pineapple. Flavor of yeast, pineapple, dried apricot, passion fruit, peach, citrus, brett, vinous, oak, florals, grass, and vanilla.

75cl bottle. Hazy apple juice body topped by medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, Brett/cherry, wood, light grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, Brett/cherry, wood, some vinous, light citrus. Moderately tart. Medium-full body, some effervescence, acidity.

Botella. Deep golden amber like colour, hazy like, small white head. Fruity seet spiced like woody aroma. Ok mouthfeel. Sweet ripe fruity flavour with alcohol, wood, some spice, rather "old" like flavour.

thanks jtclockwork for sharing–750ml bottle-pours a foamy off white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is light/medium fruit, yeast, light/medium malt, oak/tart grape. Taste is wild yeast, tart grape, light/medium malt, secondary earthy/spice hops. Dry finish. Nicely done, occasional/interesting.

Very hazy deep amber beer, good white head. Palate starts a little crisp but quickly turns softer. Tangy and slightly tart citrus. Sofy oaky malt with a trace of vanilla. The bourbon provides extra depth and surprisingly the small of wine barrel is noticeable, chardonnay like. Finishes semi dry with a little honey - orange. Very complex beer with lots going on but great balance. Tasty and constantly interesting.
