The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beerís mouthfeel.

12oz Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium orange with an average (1-2 finger) white frothy head that steadily receded, down to a thin scattered film with a small collar and fair spotty lacing. The aroma was of a light grain malt, mild grassy hops and a sweaty yeast with a note of citrus (lemon) and a touch of honey. The taste was a tad sweet and a bit grainy with hints of honey and citrus pretty much throughout, with the finish having a strong yeast presence and a light hoppiness towards the end. The flavor lasted an average time following the swallow with a citrusy and slightly bitter yeast taste left behind. Mouthfeel was a step or two beyond light in body and watery in texture with a medium carbonation. Overall this was a pretty basic Wheat Beer that had a good flavor and a really good drinkability, most definitely would make a great summer BBQ session beer...

12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that supported a brief white head of bubbles. The aroma offers up soft sweetness, slivers of sweet lime candy, wheated malts and some estery fruitiness in the background. The taste begins with pear like fruitiness that picks up a thin sweetened lime note, a quick wafer thin pulse of lemon and then soft sugary sweetness rimmed by a pleasing yet light wheat note. Alright, pretty solid wheat.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2014 Easy Street wheat bottle poured into pint glass. Finger thick head disappears within 2 minutes. Has a light aroma of citrus and hay. It has a golden color that I always appreciate in a beer. Medium bitter taste of citrus. Has a light body with average carbonation and a bitter aftertaste. Overall itís a pretty decent beer. I really like this beer citrus is not my favorite flavor though.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Smells like shit, eggs, vomit. Easy to drink, light bodied, not at all as gross as it smells...so thatís a plus. Good carbonation, really not a whole lot going on in the beer, but itís drinkable.

(draft @ Odell Brewing - Fort Collins, CO) Cloudy gold pour with a thick white head. Light wheat and straw aroma with a mild sweet and fruit and yeast hint. Dry wheat in the middle with a very light spice and yeasty finish. Not bad but not mind blowing.

Okay, so it might not be the best wheat beer in the world, but thereís lots to like about this cloudy brew. The citrus and yeast taste is very likable (while the former is just a bit too strong), and this beer has an exceptionally smooth, light body thatís quite approachable. A great choice for a scorching day.
