Shared by raveskdr. Thanks Chris. The beer is golden orange hued and mildly hazy with a quarter inch of head. The aroma brings citrus, toffee, malt, booze. A bit sweet with a touch of honey perhaps. Alcohol presence is there throughout. Medium bodied with appropriate carbonation. Overall, I thought this was ok.

Taster at AZ SBF. Medium golden color, average carbonation. Smooth, some light fruits, malt sweetness, slightly bitter finish. Nothing stood out. Good beer, but forgettable.

Poured on tap, this is a beer with a lot going on at once, and with ingredients coming from ten different states, that’s to be expected. Sweet, candy nose with a very subdued hop presence. Despite 9.5 abv, this is almost cloyingly sweet with a hot alcoholic finish that turns into a bitter finish, and finally the hops make their presence felt. There are chiles in here somewhere, and they’re barely detectable. This is definitely one to sit on and taste much later.

Poured a medium reddish-amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of toasted rye, caramel, citrus and some fruity. Tastes of toasted rye, caramel, and citrus

Pour out of bottle at the brewery, hazy orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of slight biscuit, some citrus and fruit notes with a hint of esters, some slight honey and a hint of oak. Messy. Taste is decent but nondescript, some slight biscuit, bready notes, touch of sweet honey, esters in there, touch of oak and a slight hint of chili, very misplaced. Overall a messy beer but nothing really wrong with it.

Bottle: Light copper color with plenty of beige head. Nose is sweet, citrus and caramel. Flavor is a bit of a letdown after reading through the label and all of the ingrediants used. Malty, light citrus, and caramel. Just a trace of honey. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice enough brew, but it tastes more like a softer version of Mirror Pond than an artful collaboration of regional ingrediants.

750ml bottle thanks to Nick3. Cloudy yellowish golden in color with a lasting white head. Interesting aroma with sweet malt, floral notes, chile peppers, and honey. Flavor is a bit strange but not bad really. Rather sweet with honey and wheat, citrus, floral notes, and booze, with some vegetable notes. Medium-plus bodied with average carbonation. A strange brew. Not bad, but I wouldn’t want a lot of it.

An interesting blend, this beer is a solid but doesn’t offer anything to stand out. I am not sure it was worth the 12.99 I paid for it but was complex enough that I gave it a long consideration throughout the bomber.
