Ready to buck convention? We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from Englad to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!

Robe orangée et opaque. Une Jolie mousse se forme facilement. Arômes résineux, épices et agrumes. Malt, levures et fruits jaunes en bouche. Final de fruits confits. Texture liquoreuse. Longue en bouche. Une bonne IPA.

bottle, your typical 2008 IPA. Thick sweet body, tons of bitter, 25% pine 75% citrus. Very good, nice to have this as a staple.

Poured from a fresh 12oz brown bottle into Spieglau IPA glass, a clear orange amber colour with persistent white foam and lace. Aroma is really great. Along the lines of many American IPAs but better than average. Citrus and not just grapefruit, lime leaves, lemon zest, orange marmalade, piercing dank ganja weed (Columbus?), intense woodsy/earthy/spicy (Simcoe?), floral, fruity, leafy. Flavour was the same, perhaps just a little less complex. Rich malty, caramelly, bready maltbill underneath. Slight residual sweetness but not at all syrupy. Medium body and carbonation, long-lasting hoppy aftertaste. Very tasty, another strong flagship offering from Odell.

On tap at some fucking bar near my hotel in Minneapolis. I was going to go to town hall on my one free night but since the WNBA game let out and the train was picked this will do I guess. Pours copper, small off white head. Some light pine and resin, toast, slightly bitter. Finish is long and drying.
