IPA’s don’t get much better than Odell’s offering. A grassy, earthy aroma is the first thing you notice about this beer. The hazy orange color and white head are lovely, too. Best of all, though, is the taste. Waves of refreshing bitterness from aggressive hops and citrus notes.

Hops you can smell a mile off. Throw in some spices/malts and some grapefruit, you have a good beer. Very smooth, easy to drink, while very hoppy it has a nice balance

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle, copper opaque hue with cream off white diminishing head, some lacing. Smells of some pine, medium texture with kind of an astringent hop bite. Definitely some American aromatic but seems more of a hoppy English IPA. Nothing too crazy, didn't love the hop characteristic or aftertaste.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tangerine fruity hop aroma; Similar hop flavor, with some tropical fruit, and peppery spice that lingers. Subtle bready malt character... not much. Nice mouthfeel: Not thin, not IIPA heavy.

Clear orange with big, foamy, white head, fine legs / Sweet, rich nose of orange peel, cream, soap, resin, weed, pine / Medium to full body, creamy and lush, biting hops, some sweetness, solid bitterness on finish / Flavors of cut pine, candied orange peel, grapefruit, weed, soap, cream / A big ipa, and a beauty.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Appearance: slight haze, light to average gold color, pours with a very thick and dense off white head,
Aroma: bread, grain, grass, citrus, smells good
Taste: bitterness first followed by a nice citrus and lightly roasted pale malt, almost a grain taste to it, grass, pine
Palate: has a softer carbonation, slight bitter aftertaste, heavier mouthfeel
Overall: awesome beer, nice showing by the pale malt and grain and the hops are nicely presented as well

Bottle. Nice big stink right of the bat, crushed flowers and rude fruit. Clear medium straw color. Balanced from beginning to end, with malt and hops vying for favor. A bit of tobacco. Finishes with clean fruitiness. Rich and flavorful. Medium body. Pretty damn good.
