COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ready to buck convention? We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from Englad to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!

Appearance - gold. Slight haze Aroma - fruity apricots. Soft smell. Mouth - medium bite Taste - not much up front. Hop hit on the swallow. Lingering aftertaste. Missing the hop slam I like. A little light Overall - good but not great. Can drink but would choose others first. Just a little empty and boring.

5/2/2014. From bottle. Clear amber color with a white head. Spicy, hoppy aromas. Dry and bitter flavors with loads of hops. Very refreshing.

Beerenberger (1368) - Fischer, Texas, USA - MAY 1, 2014
Pine and juniper leap to the nose on the first whiff followed by suggestions of floral and carmal aromas. A clear golden amber pour with a thin non-lasting white head and moderate lacing. The taste, however, is surprisingly very floral. A juniper-like bitterness claims the finish and lingers long into the aftertaste. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, while extremely hop forward, this beer was a welcomed reprieve to the malt driven beers I’ve had lately. Crisp - Bitter - Refreshing.

Really nice hop floral aroma Taste is bracingly, refreshingly bitter. Initially bitter and finishes bitter. This is a hoppy beer for hop heads. Enjoy!

Draft, copper color, citrus aroma, minimal cream head, nice lacing, sweet initial taste, followed by some hoppy bitterness.

Bottle, pours copper with a cream colored head, starts sweet with a fruity flavor and then the hops take over and the bitterness kicks in, okay IPA

One of the better IPAs on the market, and I’m glad it’s in Texas now. Pours a nice amber color with white head. Has citrus, pine, and some herbs on the nose; all follow onto the palate. Finishes nice and clean.

My favorite IPA. Aroma of citrus and pine. Nice bitter citrus start with enough malt on the back end for balance. Consistently awesome.

Bottle out in town, forget where. Definitely drunk and making little sense again. Stuff about the dandy and the beano, Denis Irwin vs Roberto Carlos. What I did get, I enoyed this and want another soon. This was early 2012, not had one since. Dumbass. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a small to medium white head. Aroma has hops, pine needles. Flavour is smooth and citrus hop stuff. Nice!

Pershing (475) - Garland, Texas, USA - APR 20, 2014
Pours a clear orange color with lots of visual carbonation. the head is a dense cream and lasting until the end. Aroma of pine and grapefruit. Silky smooth on the palate with an excellent amount of hop bitterness. Refreshing with a slight lingering finish from the hops. A perfect example of an American IPA. One of the best India Pale Ales in America.
