Ready to buck convention? We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from Englad to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!

Bottle, 355ml. [After a great experience with their porter, heading off to the next beer with this brewery, let’s see if it is as good as I imagine] Pours amber with foamy head, mostly lasting - great lacing. Aromas of citrus and resin, some caramel, quite strong, hoppy and very floral. Immediately tons of flavours, especially dry resin-like ones, a bit woody, citrus, fruity-estery. Not bitter though. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation and astringent finish. Very good. By the way, extremely well balanced alcohol!

Clear copper apearance, with a small head. Flavours of hops and malt, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pours burnt orange with a thick head. A hoppy, fresh aroma. A nice, hoppy flavour with a full mouthfeel.

Clear copper with s small head. The aroma is spicy, floral, citrus, and rich caramel malt. Mostly traditional ipa hop aroma. The flavor brings our more caramel, reminds me of two hearted, but with different hops. Full body and some balancing bitterness. Not bad.

Thanks Brandon. This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt golden amber color with a one finger sustaining white head. Bubbles roamed in and out of the head, but it still looked nice for the most part. Tired bubbly lacing clings to the glass nicely. The smell starts off with some sweet ruby red grapefruit pulp. Light citrusy-rind like bitterness runs into the blend. A little bit of pepper spice charms the underneath part of this. The taste was moderately bitter with a nice dry sweetness of the grapefruity hops lead into the aftertaste and cherish a dry citrusy sort of finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body with a decent sessionable feel to it. Carbonation feels good for an AIPA as a good amount of bitterness from the hops hits my tongue in a good appropriate harsh feel. Overall, nicely done AIPA that I know I would have again.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2016 Beautiful golden amber colored pour, nice foam that lasts several seconds, resin aromas, very subdued taste does not have the typical IPA kick. 7% alcohol is not present, very well balanced.

Bottle at Grand Canyon Grand Hotel. Golden colour transparent, white foamy head that leaves a nice lacing. Citrus hoppy nose and taste, grassy, slightly resinous, nice malty base. Crisp bitterness in the finish. Medium carbonation, good body, dry mouthfeel.

I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Robe orangée et opaque. Une Jolie mousse se forme facilement. Arômes résineux, épices et agrumes. Malt, levures et fruits jaunes en bouche. Final de fruits confits. Texture liquoreuse. Longue en bouche. Une bonne IPA.
