Very floral, malty. Some spicy notes to it. Very smooth. The floral notes made it a little unusual as a winter beer (in my opinion). Was very malt-forward, however, without being syrupy. Bit of subdued yeast and some citrus in the aftertaste.

Pours crimson brown with a small off white head. Nose is honey, light spice, licorice, plums and grass. The flavor is medium sweet and low bitter. No frills. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy, the body is medium and so is the finish.

Aroma fruttato e maltato, con un leggero apporto di luppolo si distingue anche una leggera nota di sughero e quando si riscalda mi ha fatto ricordare il gattò di patatè (!!!). Risulta ambrata con pochissima schiuma. Al palato ingresso dolce, di nuovo apporti fruttati equilibrati da una leggera luppolatura che la rendono molto fresca e beverina. In qualche modo riesce anche a scaldarti. Ahimè quando si riscalda inizia ad affacciarsi al palato un leggero pizzicore di amaro chimico. Si fa bere, senza dubbio, ma non fa impazzire.

Pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is grain, toasted malts, and caramel. Taste is sweet with toasted malts and caramel with some hoppy flavors mixed in.

The beer is copper hued with a half inch of off white head. Teeming with effervescence. The aroma offers malt, grain, a hint of fruit, subtle sweetness and spice. Rather mild scent overall. The flavor is bready and sweet. Odd finish. A bit harsh and getting worse with every drink. Ut oh. Not really what comes to mind when I think of a winter warmer. Bland, unexciting, and forgetful. C’mon man.

Nice seasonal beer. Overall I like the feel across your pallet and it's not too dark. Football, snow, and wood fire pairs well. Assumed.
