The beer is copper hued with a half inch of off white head. Teeming with effervescence. The aroma offers malt, grain, a hint of fruit, subtle sweetness and spice. Rather mild scent overall. The flavor is bready and sweet. Odd finish. A bit harsh and getting worse with every drink. Ut oh. Not really what comes to mind when I think of a winter warmer. Bland, unexciting, and forgetful. C’mon man.

Pours a mostly clear deep reddish brown color with off-white head. Caramel maltiness and cereal notes, a slight nut note too on the nose; follows onto the palate. Full bodied. Finishes with mostly maltiness.

12 oz. bottle. Amber in color, foamy head, nice lacing. Malt in aroma, not much else. Tastes of malt, a little bit of hop bitterness. Goes down pretty smoothly. Not bad.

nice amber color and an off-white colored head that dissipates fairly quickly. toasty malt notes that are a bit more clean than the actual flavor. nice malty warm winter flavor with a very slightly bitter/ hoppy ipa-type finish.

Bottle from Market Street. Pours a deep amber with a medium off white head. The aromas are caramel mixed with light citrus and mayber some leather. The mouthfeel is dry and bready with a medium body and medium carbonation. I actually liked this one. Cheers!

From a bottle at Via Baci. Pours a dark reddish-orange and makes a thin beige head with good lacing. Not much of an aroma, but a bit of yeast and malt. Tastes like an English ESB. Some malt, some caramel sweetness. Not overpowering. A good seasonal. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
