2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap at Old Chicago powers, COS. Grassy aroma with hoppy notes. Pours straw colored with a small, white head with some lacing. Grassy, malty flavor with a dry slightly hoppy finish. Not bad.

Btl pours a clear light golden color. Nice thick white head that fades slowly leaving a small amount of lacing. A faint smell of floral hops, straw and cooked vegetables, maybe gingerale too. Very light sweet malt taste followed by a very mild fresh, crisp hop flavor. Light body, dry texture, soft carbonation and minimal bitterness with a smooth finish. This is very easy drinking session beer.

This is a very nice, easily drinkable ale, but its a bit heavy on the vegetable aromas. There is a decent amount of sweetness, almost honied.

Pour is a creamy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice floral hop. Flavor is again a nice hop with a grainy dry malt presence. Finish is clean a nice hop resin left on the tongue. Decent summer refresher. More of a hoppy golden ale IMO.

Draft in a sampler at the brewery. Pours a super pale yellow color with a medium white head that laces the glass. Light aroma of crackers, bread, and straw. Flavor of pale and crackery malts and straw. So simple. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and such a dry mouthfeel. Not much going on here. Nice and dry and summery, but could use a hop presence.

Pours a clear golden orange color, puffy white head. Aromas are citrus and freshly cut grass. Taste is some citrus, earthy hops, followed up by a milled grain flavor that extends into a finish reminiscent of citrus rind.

Very easy drinking session ale with more of a grassy yet clean citrus taste to finish. Reminiscent of a Irish Ale somewhat too. I enjoyed this while doing yard work, it definitely fit the mood.
