COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you’ve ever been to our brewery, you’ve likely seen the old, beat-up truck that hauls away our spent grain. That truck belongs to Lugene, who’s been feeding his dairy cows the hearty malt for over a decade. Named in his honor, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed with milk sugar and milk chocolate. The rich and creamy brew reminds us of a cold glass of chocolate milk and our hometown "Aggie" roots.

The more I drink it the better I like it. Not my favorite chocolate stout. Samuel Smiths is hard to best.

Bottle. Pours an inky black with a large fizzy tan head that fades. Big aroma of chocolate, berries, sugar, wood. Taste is sweet and rich, of milk chocolate, brown sugar, toasted malt, dark fruits, yeast. Nice carbonation. Lingering sweet creamy chocolate-malt. Very tasty.

An awesome brew on tap. A dark heavy black body with a solid creamy off tan head. The nose is rich and well roasted with a certain lactose note and a hint of espresso. Smooth and creamy middle with a less so roasted note and alot of creamy lactose flavour. The finish has some solid bitterness. Overall a great brew.

On tap at Choice City. Pours dark brown with a rich tan head and a chocolate aroma. There is a rich milk chocolate flavor with a slightly bitter finish.

Bottle. Black with short lasting head that fades to nothing. Aroma isn’t spectacular, slightly roasty, chocolatey. Taste is delicious, pure liquid chocolate. Nice sweetness. Very tasty, a poor mans choklat

This beer is bitter sweet. Some alcohol on the nose with cocoa bitterness on the tongue followed by a mouthful of milk chocolate. A very pleasant dessert beer. Rated by BrewTom

Bottle thanks to Niels ! Pours a smooth black color with a finger of fizzy khaki foam... decent amount of floating, a solid protein particulate ring runs around the rim. Lots of smooth chocolate milk is apparent, light roast, nice smooth lactose, milk chocolate, hershey bar... long silky finish. Touch of malted milk. Yum !

Received in a trade. Very enjoyable milk stout. First stout I’ve drank that I wanted to guzzle.

Near black pour with a khaki head. Really nice milk chocolate and roasted malt aroma. Taste is dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and roast. Sweet. Light medium body. Nice beer.

From 12oz bottle to shaker. Pour is a nice black with a thick creamy khaki head. Nose is super malty, dark coffee, chocolate. Taste is medium-heavy body, bitter with touches of chocolate sweetness. Finishes extremely smooth, phenomenal.
