Bottle. Black with short lasting head that fades to nothing. Aroma isn’t spectacular, slightly roasty, chocolatey. Taste is delicious, pure liquid chocolate. Nice sweetness. Very tasty, a poor mans choklat

This beer is bitter sweet. Some alcohol on the nose with cocoa bitterness on the tongue followed by a mouthful of milk chocolate. A very pleasant dessert beer.

Bottle thanks to Niels ! Pours a smooth black color with a finger of fizzy khaki foam... decent amount of floating, a solid protein particulate ring runs around the rim. Lots of smooth chocolate milk is apparent, light roast, nice smooth lactose, milk chocolate, hershey bar... long silky finish. Touch of malted milk. Yum !

From 12oz bottle to shaker. Pour is a nice black with a thick creamy khaki head. Nose is super malty, dark coffee, chocolate. Taste is medium-heavy body, bitter with touches of chocolate sweetness. Finishes extremely smooth, phenomenal.

Light hops, sweet nuance, chocolate, nice for sitting on the porch on a wonderful spring day enjoying the budding green, flowers and a noisy lawnmower--not

On tap in Austin. Aroma of chocolate cake and malt. Pours black with a medium beige head. Taste is chocolate forward with some burnt brownie and malt. Thick sweet mouthfeel without being sticky. Great chocolate stout.
