COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you’ve ever been to our brewery, you’ve likely seen the old, beat-up truck that hauls away our spent grain. That truck belongs to Lugene, who’s been feeding his dairy cows the hearty malt for over a decade. Named in his honor, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed with milk sugar and milk chocolate. The rich and creamy brew reminds us of a cold glass of chocolate milk and our hometown "Aggie" roots.

12 ounce thanks to Justin. Creamy. Milk chocolate. Some bitterness. Yup. This has a nice chocolate milk quality to it. But it is sustained by the overall roast. Nice.

If no one has said Chocolate Milk then they should have. This is an excellent milk stout with strong chocolate backbone. Malty easily drinkable. Love love love this.

I have wanted to try this beer for quite some time. I must say I was sucked in by the label. Who could not love a picture of a horse eating chocolate bars. I expected lots of chocolate, let’s see... Appearance is very dark, very little head. Aroma is milk chocolate, some dark chocolate, cocoa, touch of vanilla. great aroma, Taste is milk chocolate and some mild coffee notes, slight hops on the back end. Very nice. What I had wished the samual smith’s organic chocolate tasted like. Not overpowering, but very chocolaty.

Pours dark with a caramel head. Aroma is full of chocolate sweetness. Thick mouthfeel with a little bit of alcohol bite on the back end. Taste is full of chocolate and malt. Creamy beer, very nice.
