Crosling (1605), Loveland, Colorado, USA Dec 26, 2004 On draught @ the brewery. The aroma consists of a fresh dry hoppiness, a huge dose of mint, and a touch of pine, peppers and fruits. In the flavor, a nice biscuit like, caramel maltiness and a sharp, citric-like, piney hop taste. Overall though, quite mild. I’d like to see a more substancial hop flavor if they plan on replacing their Cutthroat Pale with this.
