Bottle @ Aaronís Wedding Eve Shindig. Thanks for sharing, Sean. Hazy golden colored beer with a tall white head. Donít really get pineapple, but it is pretty acidic. A lot of lemon juice and zest, a bit of peach skin, and a hint of grape. Dry and sour flavor. Big lemon, a bit of tropical fruit, and tangy green grape. Little grassy on the back end. Maybe some oak?

Tart aroma with a hint of tropical fruit. Hazy but nothing too special to look at. Taste is solid though - nice pineapple and tropical fruit and almost some peach/stone fruit too. Has a sour finish, almost like a type of sour patch kid, but itís really nice. Tart but enjoyable.

This pours a hazy light orange with a small head of foam that shrinks quickly. Minimal lacing. Lots of sour notes in the smell. Fruity sour, maybe. More of a fruity vinegar tartness. I also get some Brett that adds a plus to the overall aroma. First sips in and I find a tartness level that suits my palate very nicely. I donít often eat pineapple or drink pineapple juice often so I am having difficulty pulling out the said fruit in this beer. That being said, thereís a tasty fruity mix of sweet and sour that I am digging. The Brett I noted in the smell is more subdued taste wise. Thatís not a negative in my book. Pretty light bodied with light carbonation. This is delicious. I paid $16.80 for the bottle and I am sure another bottle or 2 will be in my immediate future. Nice! !

750 ml. corked and caged bottle. 6.5% ABV per the label. Pours a medium, wellretained, tiny bubbled whte head, over a light gold (SRM 4) body.......nose is strong barnyard funk from the Brett, light acid from the lactobacilli, fruit notes (peach, mango), no hops, slight cereal malts......taste is slightly sweet, then moderate lactic sour, with light tartness, barnyard notes flow through, slight fruit notes, light cereal malts, finishing with a lingering light sourness, minimal hop notes......mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol, slight astringency, high carbonation. The pineapple addition is rather hidden in the Lactobacilli and Brettanomyces contributions. The result is a soft sourness, with light fruit notes, which is pleasant and refreshing. I would prefer a stronger malt bill rather than just a domination by the micro biota. BJCP 8/3/14/4/7

It doesnít stand out. There are so many choices now w sours, its building like ipas did. And the price point for this isnt warranted. Mellow bitterness is great. A good balance with little hints of pineapple (barely).

Bomber. Hazy gold with a small, white head that lasts. Aromas of tart pineapple, lemon, melon, straw, and light funk. Flavor is the same. Medium bodied, smooth with a tart dry end. Acidic.
