COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
According to most craft brewers you have to boil the hops in the boil for at least 15 minutes to achieve isomerization of iso alpha acids. Well this beer is proof that that’s not the case. Our brewers only hopped in the whirlpool and the hopback. It’s golden and drinkable.

On tap @ Odell Brewery. Clear brilliant gold with a very persistant head with amazing lace. Aroma of green fresh dried hops and fresh herbal tones. Cilantro?...Taste was mostly pale and toffee malt with a faint tinge of straigt lupulin powder, but not much bitterness. Somewhat grassy and somewhat herbal, but slightly acrid. It would be a fantastic pale ale if the hop flavor didn’t get so funky/acrid after a few minutes. But those first few sips are delicious.

Poured a crisp golden color with a nice white head. Aromas of fresh hops, dried herbs and light cracker. On the palate, this one was light bodied, with flavors of crackers, light herbs and fresh hops.

draft. bright, snappy, zesty citrus hop acid nose. delicate, soft, fluffy body with quiet hop strength. with moderation: sharp, snappy lemon rind and citrus pulp. almost plant-like in it’s rawness.

UPDATED: JUN 24, 2011 On tap at Odells. Light golden yellow appearance with a fluffy white head. Bitter, mildly hoppy, pale malty nose. Pretty bitter, lightly piney, golden malty flavor. A bit too bitter.
