This traditional Belgian style wit bier is light and refreshing. It is unfiltered, which gives it its characteristic white color. An original brewed with coriander and orange peel to give a nice citrus zest that is perfectly refreshing.

Poured a cloudy straw color with a smallish white head. Aromas of lemon, coriander and yeast. On the palate, this one was light bodied and pretty much like every other average white beer out there, with flavor of citrus, coriander and yeast.

Tap at Odell. Pours a hazed light golden with almost a green tinge, thin white head. Aroma is typical wit- some doughy malts, pils, light wheat, woody, earthy grass, spices, pepper, coriander and celery slat with hints of lemon. Flavor is peppery, phenolic, light cracker, wheat, dough, mineral, lemon zest, coriander and celery and earth. Finish is a bit thin- similar to mothership. Ok.

Live rate from the brewery! Light straw colored pour with a ring that fades to a circle. Aroma of wheat and citrus. Coriander comes to the palate late. Light mouthfeel. Not bad for the style.
