This was a nice surprise at the Small Batch Fest as I’m normally not a wit fan. Very cloudy with white head, bright yellow color. Taste of lemon is fairly pronounced. Overall a nice summer beer that would go well with BBQ’s.

Good wheat beer... had this at the Odell small batch festival (huge turnout!). Cloudy wheat beer with very smooth taste and palate. Nothing exciting but a very drinkable pleasant wheat ale.

Draught. Head is white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of lemon/lime peel, coriander. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A typical wit, albeit about as thin bodied as they come. Doesn’t really show anything special or exemplary, but it’s pleasant enough.
