COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This time of year in the Rockies, one day can span all four seasons. Morning snow gives way to afternoon sun, sending fresh snowmelt into our rivers and into our mash tun. With a complex malt backbone dry hopped for notes of citrus and pine, it’s almost as surprising as the season itself.

Clear reddish-amber pour with thin off-white head. Nose is a very citrus piney hop blast. Taste is more balanced with a nice dose of citrus hops at the outset layered on top of a longer lasting light caramel and biscuit malt sweetness. Very tasty one here.

Wonderfully balanced red/ipa with a very nice sweet and bureau malt character that takes a slight back seat to the abundantly fragrant and tasty citrus and piney hops. Great session brew."

Clear dark amber color with a modest off-white head that does persist and produces some decent lacing. The aroma is pine needles and citrus with a bready malt background. The taste is in the same vein - pine needles and grapefruit over a slightly sweet caramel malt, very nice balance. Medium bodied, smooth and dry at the finish. Overall tasty and pleasant drinking.

Strong resin and pine. Sweeter red taste than expected. Good beer overall, but needs more balance to get top ratings.

Tap at aster cafe. Pint glass. Light Copper with small off white head and good lacing. Smells Malty and grainy ,like your in the brewery. Very complex malt and hop combination. Malty at the beginning, then finished hoppy. A lot going on. Very full body as well. And aggressive beer.

On Tap at "The River Room" Whole Foods, Boise Hazy redish amber with a huge dense creamy light tan head. Very sturdy and leaving thick sheets of lacing, Big resinous hpp;y aroma. Flat grassy hop flavor though and a strange watery taste as well. This started out promising but left me a bit dissapointed.

Golden, light brown. Thin head. Basic fresh grapefruit hop, sweet crystal/caramel notes, hops are leafy citrusy. Good, nothing too special.

Location: Draft at Flying Saucer - Houston, 5/12/14

Aroma: The nose is grapefruit and pine hops with a solid malt presence as well
Appearance: Pours a reddish-orange color with a decent sized beige head and good lacing
Flavor: The taste is pretty balanced, with a nice hoppy flavor and some good malt backing
Palate: The body is medium, with a clean, easy-drinking feel, and a smooth, mid-dry finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a very nice red IPA. No major issues for me. It had a really nice flavor and a good feel as well. I could drink a ton of this one.

I was impressed by the fruity flavour of this India Pale Ale. On the nose this beer is hoppy and spicy. Recommend to try
