14th December 2009 Crystal clear amber ale. Light off white head. Mild pine and pineapple hop nose. Neutral palate, just about perfect! Very well balanced. Even malt and the hops are lively mix of grapefruit (not too bitter), pine and pineapple. Finishes minerally with a little carbonated sting. A fine fine Red Ale.
