Bottle. Pours a dark brown-red with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is tart and yeasty, with fruit juice, malt, and a bit of wood. Taste is more woody than sour, with toasted malt, oak, booze, and some yeasty crispness. Lingering woodiness that ends a bit watery. Nice.

750mL bottle, sent from mista (thanks a lot, Geoff), pours a deep dark brownish mahogany with a small beige head. Nose brings out notes of oak, dark soured fruits, and wood. Flavour brings out loads of wet wood, lightly tart dark fruits, and light brett. The brett isnít as prominent as I thought it would be, but itís quite woody and dry. Very nice flavours, despite the prominent brett. Carbonation is rather gentle. Great stuff.

Dalekliz, thanks this has been in my fridge for too long funky nose. Thin taste which makes sense

Draft at Taps (Fort Collins). Brown with a light tan head. Caramel malts, chocolate, vanilla, wood and earthy hops make up the aroma and flavor. Medium body with a creamy feel. Very light on the brett aspect, still pretty good.

Slutfest 2013: Celery and cabbage aroma. Hazy chestnut, thin yellow head. Sweet tangy chestnut and currant flavor, dusty and old. Thin mouthfeel. Kind of weird.

Pours deep dark brown with a good size tan head. The nose is brown sugar, soil, light vinegar, tree bark. The taste is high sweet medium bitter and very low tart. The texture is very crisp, too crisp. The body is light and finish is long. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aromas of raisins, candied apples, cherries, and some soy. Hazy dark brown with very low head. Sour, sweet, tart, fruity, and dry. Light-medium body, zippy carbonation, and finishes with some wild, funky flavors lingering.
