Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of spices, vanilla, malt, caramel, brettanomyces, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, brettanomyces, wood, and cherries, leading to a dry and slightly tart finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a clear deep copper with a huge and frothy off-white head leaving quite some lacework. Exploding cork! Amazing sophisticated and refined woody nose, very subtle. Rich body, surprisingly smooth, caramel, overripe fruit and a very subtle Brett character. Some warming alcohol. A very delicious brew. 250113

Poured from a 750ml bottle. Full wild. Notes of mint, fruit, slight rotting fruit, caramel. A drinkable wild ale. There are better for the money.

J’ai bu celle-là ya quelques mois déjà mais je viens de voir qu’elle n’est pas enregistré. Je me souviens qu’elle était superbement balancé, légèrement surette et fruité sur un corps moelleux. Un candidat parfait pour le cellier.

Pours deep copper with a thick tan head. Nose is vanilla, wood, banana, cloves, light citrus. Taste is sweet and well balanced tart/bitter at the end. Mouthfeel is crisp and sticky, body is heavy and the finish is long. Nice surprise.

Bottle. Highly effervescent orange body with fluffy off white head that retains as a cap thru out. Leaves nice lacing. Nose of caramel, citrus, fruit and slight funk. Taste same. Mouthfeel crisp with dry orange rind finish. Awesome brew.

Bottle, thanks to McGrupp612. Pours dark ruby burnt caramel, dense fluffy off-white head, retention for ages. Aroma is a cloud of brett and yeast, fruit and caramel brown sugar, berries evident, noticeable citrusy, herbal hop quality, touch of tartness with oak. Taste is toasted oak, toffee and sweet malt, a light oud bruin type tart quality and fruitiness, dry finish. Full body, nice carbonation and easy to drink. Kind of a weird amalgam of styles, but interesting all the same and not bad at all to me.
