Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a clear deep copper with a huge and frothy off-white head leaving quite some lacework. Exploding cork! Amazing sophisticated and refined woody nose, very subtle. Rich body, surprisingly smooth, caramel, overripe fruit and a very subtle Brett character. Some warming alcohol. Brownish red in color with a tall khaki head. A mild tartness but lots of different straw, grass, and funky aromas. A bit of citrus peel along with lots of oak and apple. Some bready malt as well. The flavor is sort of mediocre. A bit of plastic in there, too. Subtle tartness and barnyard funkiness as well as the straw, grass, and musty oak.
