COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A mystic legend echoes in our brewhouse - that of St. Lupulin the archetypal hophead. He devoted endless summers to endless rows of hops, tending to the flowers and the beloved resin within - lupulin. Extraordinary oils in this yellow resin provide this dry-hopped extra pale ale with an undeniably pleasing floral aroma and clean, crisp finish. One sip of this seasonal summer ale and you, too, will believe.

Bottle. Aroma: Floral with strong notes of orange, slight lemon, quite fragrant. Appearance: Golden/orange color, cloudy liquid, with frothy, yellow/white, lasting head. Taste: Strong, sweet orange flavor, moves towards moderate bitter and then sour at finish, crisp taste. Palate: Light/medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation, with a somewhat long, sour finish. Beautiful aroma and clean flavor, very drinkable, and enjoyable for a sweet, summery beer.

Bottle from Malt & Vine. Pours slightly hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is lightly perfumey/floral. Near med body. The hops are strong. It is very floral, but there seems to be a fair amount of resin as well. I think there’s some malt in this, but the hop is strong. Excellently unbalanced? Unusal to get mouth burn from something so floral, but there’s a lot of hop.

Well tasty pale ale. Huge hop flavour makes up for the relatively thin body and mouthfeel - not overly bitter bit well rounded

This was not in 100% condition, but was easy to fill in the gaps. Obviously more malt centric now, it still had a lot of citrus juice to chomp on with a bit weighty body. Definitely more an IPA than a pale though.
