luckygirl (1212), Longmont, Colorado, USA Jun 1, 2008 Sampled ’08 BSAF. Beer is cloudy, medium brown with a small, white, frothy, mostly and quickly diminishing head.
The aroma is malty with a trace note of toasted grain; Hoppy with a moderate acidic lemon note; Yeasty with a moderate vinous note; Miscellaneous notes of weird, meaty teriyaki sauce, lighter notes of vitamin c tablets and honey.
The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, trace bitter with a very long, dirty, trace bitter, lightly sweet finish.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is soft.
So odd and off it gave me the giggles.
