Found a 750 of this in my cellar, another beericle. Bought in Wyoming. Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A big fruity dusty nose. Big fruity flavor, apricot, caramel, light pine. Very smooth and certainly tastes more like a big Pale then a IIPA, interesting yeast profile. Good.

Aroma was juicy citrus/melon with light grass. Taste is sweet and juicy fruit but unfortunately there is both a slight buttery flavor and a slight acetone note on the finish. Nothing to kill the beer but enough to keep it from being great.

Bottle:   Dirty amber, hazy, moderate frothy off-white head, fairly nice lacing.   Candied citrus peel on the nose, seems somewhat fruity.   On the tongue it appears to be hoppy, citrusy, sweet, with some tropical fruit like notes.   As it warms it seems to be more peach or apricot like, along with candied citrus peel.   Sweet, malty, with a candied hop aspect, I can dig it.   Body and mouthfeel are however moderate.   Sweet fruity finish, loads of candied citrus peel and sweet dried apricot.   If you want a hop bomb, this is not your beer.   If you want a well balanced IIPA with some fruity notes, then give this one a shot.
