1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Pour on tap at Odell Small Batch Festival 2012, hazy yellow pour with thin to no white head, aroma brought notes of big boozy wine, some white grape, sweet berry notes and lots of bready malts, some funkiness. Taste was like a wine cooler with a shot of vodka, some very sweet wine and fruit with a hint of oak, slight musty and bready notes, finishing very sweet with an alcohol bite.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
@ Small batch fest 2012. Hazy murky copper with a firm and lasting white head. Aroma of funky wine and flowery oak, with some citrus and mango peel. Flavor is pretty wine-y with grape and mango/citrus tones with some sharp oak, and a funky touch of bubblegum. Clean finishing with some dry citrus and grape peel tones and a little more oak tannins.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Tap @ Odell Small Batch Fest 2012. Cloudy golden orange appearance with a cream colored head. Rich grape, pear, apple, somewhat yeasty, very fruity aroma. The flavor is over the top and fairly unbearable. There’s notes of grapes, pears, rich fruit juice, and thick breadiness. This was the only loser of Small Batch Fest for me.
