3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle pours with a deep murky gold body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet sugar maltiness, a nice degree of citrus hops, floral hops and more sugary sweetness. The taste is pretty thick with sweet malts, citrus hops flavor and modest fruity notes heading to midway. Toward the finish the hops roll into a decent load of hop bitterness amid all the sugar sweet malts and fruity flavors. Pretty nice.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml thanks to Nick. Clear orange pour with minimal white head. Aroma is candy peaches, and sweet malt. Taste is artificial sweet peaches, clean malt. ABV is well hidden and not too sticky sweet. DIPA have fallen out of my favor in general, but this is solid and not too sticky.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Found this kind of disappointing. Tastes more like a wheat/whit beer or something Belgian than a real DIPA. The peach flavor doesn’t really add that much. Very astringent taste--actually kind of unpleasant. And I really wanted to like this one...

A solid IPA. I’m just not 100% sure as to whether the inclusion of peaches works here. They’re present in the flavor, but the overall profile is not one of medley.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Euclid Hall. Pour is hazy orange with a frothy white head and great lacing. Big earthy, fruity, oaky peach skin, doughy, caramelly, tangerine, almost dirty, orange peel, and marmalade in the aroma. Taste is earthy, apricot skin, bready, spicy hops, pepper, candied oranges, sweet malt, and doughy with a light bitter finish. Slick mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Mused to believe its 10%+ ABV.

You definitely cannot tell that this is a 10.1% beer. Perfect balance of sweet peaches and bitter hops.

Great beer. Hazy pour with slight scent of peaches. Not too sweet. Still keeps its main essence as an IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours hazy golden with a thin but heavily lacing head.
Aroma string peach with citrus hops. Little malt character.
Flavor strong citrus hop bomb. Some stale hop flavor faded after first sip. Notes of fresh peach, tropical fruit, and citrus hops. Finishes crisp with lingerring pleasant peach notes.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Choice City Butcher. Appearance: finger of white head that does not last, cloudy, orange-yellow color. Aroma: citrus, peach, caramel, floral. Palate: light body, dry finish, alcohol warming sensation, lively carbonation, hoppy finish. Taste: slight sweetly tart front, right to bitter middle and very bitter finish. Overall, great balance for fruity IPA, unique.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: MAR 26, 2014 750ml Bottle. The pour was a seriously murky peach orange that almost looks like fruit juice with an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head that slowly receded, down to a medium puddled film and collar with excellent sheets of sticky lacing.
The aroma was of pine hops from the get go along with a caramel malt and a lightly sweet yeast with notes of citrus (grapefruit), a decent odor of peaches and a bit of apricot.
The taste was mildly malty sweet with just a touch of caramel and a strong peach presence pretty much throughout. The finish progressed slowly, with a nice hoppy bitterness and a bit of citrus towards the end. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow, with the peachy fruity taste giving way slightly to a mild hoppy bitterness and a slowly creeping alcohol warming.
Mouthfeel was almost medium in body with a mildly dry texture and a carbonation that just exceeded mild in voracity.
Overall this was an intriguing IPA with a lightly sweet fruitiness, which I have to say mixed superbly with the piney citrus bitterness this brew possesses allowing for a rather good concealment of the high ABV, thus creating a nice smooth tasty drinking experience…
