Tree Shaker Imperial Peach IPA has roots right here in Colorado. We balanced familiar citrusy hop notes with the subtle sweetness of local peaches. You might say we gave both the tree and the style a playful little shake.

Draft at the bridge. Pours golden with an inch of white foam. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Nice peach notes on the nose. The peaches are doing epic battle with the big hop notes on the tongue. There’s a bit of bitterness on the finish. Somehow it works.

On tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear gold with a bit of a peach hue and an off-white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma notes of pine and resin with a touch of earthy peach underlying. Flavor combines peach and pine with a bit of resin and earthiness underlying.

Copper color with a towering head. Aroma of fresh fruits. Definitely peaches, but apricots and and tangerine as well. Light grassiness. Full bodied. Grassy and fruity flavor. Feels juicy. Moderate to strong bitterness. Finishing very dry.

Poured from a bottle...golden in color, small white head. Aroma is subtle; a slight hint of peach. Taste has some peach with a bitter finish. Boozy on the palate. A decent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Strong citrus hop aroma of orange and grapefruit peel, slight peach, bready malt Pours golden color with lots of chunks floating in it. Small bubbly white head. Grapefruity citrusy orange hop flavor with bready malts. Peach barely present Medium full bodied with medium low co2, slight lingering hop finish I was hoping for more peach aroma and flavor in this. Enjoyable beer, but feel let down especially due to the price. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy gold with a thin white head. Nose of fresh pulp-y peach and flowery hops. Flavor is pretty citrusy, with lots of OJ pulp tones, and peach, and mild-strong grassy bitterness. Very fruity but assertive and strong.

Poured a medium urine color with little head. Grapefruit is obvious up front but fades to hops halfway through.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow orange with a medium creamy white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.

The aroma is peach and piney resiny hops.

The flavor is fruity peach with balancing piney bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, a nicely balanced peach IPA. I remember liking the version from 2 years ago better.

Pour is golden honey in color, small white head. There is a large amounr of what i assume is peach matter suspended in the glass. Aroma is mild hops and maybe a hint of peach. Taste is more noticeably peach, but not overwhelming. Good.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a large amount of visible carbonation and a high, lacy, fine-grained, white head. Nose is sage, spruce, peach, oregano, lime, and talc. Definite stone fruit on the tongue, with that savory herbal note remaining behind it; sage, rosemary, and oregano still definitely present, but somehow it works. (I want to roast peaches with fresh oregano now.) Finish is long, bitter, and a little smoky. Quite nice.
