COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tree Shaker Imperial Peach IPA has roots right here in Colorado. We balanced familiar citrusy hop notes with the subtle sweetness of local peaches. You might say we gave both the tree and the style a playful little shake.

Bottle @ Richard’s tasting. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Sweet caramel and peach on the nose. Light citrus, mostly orange, but some grapefruit as well. Sweet flavor of orange, peach, and caramel. Grapefruit, a touch of grass, and minimal bitterness.

750mL bottle, sent from mista (thanks a lot, Geoff), pours a cloudy opaque orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of peaches, loads of resinous hops, and a solid caramel malt backbone. Flavour brings out moderate peach notes, loads of zesty hops, some Belgian yeast and a nice caramel malt backing. Fairly high carbonated, making this seem like a Belgian Imperial IPA. Finishes zesty, citrusy and peachy. The higher-than-normal carbonation works very well here. Excellent stuff.

750 c&c from ReedM. Pours hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma of rather tart peach and light caramel. Med body or better. Flavor is caramel, peach pit and tart peach. Finishes quite dry. Hop is mysterious. Good stuff.

750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a cloudy peach with a lasting off white head. Aromas of peach, orange, bread, apricot and light yeast. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, grapefruit, light orange zest and light peach with a crisp dry moderatly bitter lingering fruity finish.

Bottle - Sweet syrupy fruit esters and yeast. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Boozy sweet yeast and fruit. Sweet esters, not for me.

355ml bottle. 8% abv. Godlen amber with a plethora of floaties. The aroma is sulfury and salty. Off. The flavor is nice though, an ipa that tastes like peach rings and a malty peach-forward dipa.

Orange/gold pour with a white head. Malty peachy goodness meets some juicy citrus hops and a hint of a light bready note. Would like a bit more peach.

Bottle @ home picked up at RJs Fort Collins. Christ, this sold out quickly for the number of bottles that were released. Pours a milky yellow orange appearance with a foamy, creamy colored head. Tropical fruity, big peachy, mango, somewhat spicy, herbal hoppy aroma. Chewy peach pulp, quite city, apricot/mango, vanilla, somewhat bitter, herbal hoppy flavor. Actually quite a bit of bitterness on the finish. Carbonation is a bit heavy. Pretty tasty but doesn’t blow my mind.

"Odell is starting to rack up the hits. This is a light in color but not anything else double IPA, so dangerously drinkable it borders on the ridiculous. Vibrant hoppy aroma. Quite grassy with a good dose of peach. Flavor a very pleasant bittersweeet, with more grass, peach, and light citrus. Finshes clean but lingers. Very very good."

On tap at The Hay Merchant. Pours a clear orange gold with medium creamy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong peach flesh and fruity malt. Medium mouth, tart peach, wheat, yeast, light finish, very good.
