COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tree Shaker Imperial Peach IPA has roots right here in Colorado. We balanced familiar citrusy hop notes with the subtle sweetness of local peaches. You might say we gave both the tree and the style a playful little shake.

Big aroma of hops and peach. The peach aroma is especially earthy and much like eating a real peach (not like candy). The hop character really compliments the peach aroma. The taste is not as exciting. It starts a bit boozy but with sweet notes of peach and faint hops. Finishes sweet and lingering similar to a wheat brew. The appearance is also very orange and cloud--like a wheat. Interesting brew for sure and worth a try. Doesn’t blow me away though.

"Really love your peaches, wanna shake your tree." I loathe that lyric, but who would’ve thought it would inspire the name of such a tasty and original beer? The idea of combining Colorado peaches with citrusy hops is certainly clever. The result is a cloudy orange brew with lots of tropical fruit aroma. Taste is juicy. It doesn’t just highlight peach. There’s some pineapple and orange sensations, too. Somehow, Tree Shaker is able to mask hop bitterness without sacrificing hop flavor. It’s an impressive feat. This may be one of the most approachable Imperial IPA’s out there.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with thin white moderately lasting head. Aroma of peach, citrus, pine, grassy. Taste is of citrus, exotic fruits, pineapple, not much peach. Good stuff, oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation.

The pour is light gold, a small, insignificant foam forming and disappearing almost immediately. The body seems light and full of sediment, perhaps lending a reason to the flat head. The aroma is pleasant, strong peaches over a grassy, somewhat citrusy foundation. A tip of the glass reveals a flat, dry experience. The hops are there and tromping all over the peaches, drying my throat and leaving a bit of a syrup in its wake. The peaches are not apparent in the flavor, the gustatory experience completely different from the olfactory, in my case. At this point, I find zero carbonation in the liquid, and even a violent shake of the glass presents no response; dreary and lifeless may be the best words to describe it. This had a pretty good rating and I’m disappointed to have this experience. Sad news...

Tap at Hooligans. Pours a murky yellow orange color. Aroma is light fruit, yeasty notes and wood. Flavor is light peach, sweet and hops. Finishes great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Peaches add greatly to the aroma but barely register on the tongue. But that may be for the best, as this would be a fine IPA without them. Grass and bitter citrus with the implied, inhaled peach.

12 oz bottle, best before 7/21/15. Clearish golden, with tons of floaties. I sure hope those are peach parts and not yeast, or my wife is going to get blasted out of bed in the morning. Aroma is peaches and citrus and sweet malt. Flavor is not very complex, mostly citrus and peaches. Nice combo though. ABV is hidden well.

I like this beer. I was extremely shocked to see the ABV. Drinks like a session IPA. My only criticism is the large amount of floaties. I think the beer could have benefited from at least a loose filter. Anywho, nice aroma of hops ans peaches. Enjoyable hop bitter taste with light peach sweetness. Very enjoyable. Happy to buy again.

Gold pour, thin head. Aroma is biscuity and light cara malt. Some pale stone fruit but nothing screaming peach. Flavour is muted candied fruit, biscuity malt. Citrusy hop bitterness, light alc sweetness, though well blended in for 8% ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
