Hazy apricot colored. White head. Wheat, spice, Indian spice, orange, lemon peel. Flavor is wheat, some lemon, neat Indian spices. Cool brew.

On tap at the brewery GABF 2012. Cool brew. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium white head. A sweet nose of banana and spices. The flavor is a really good Wit with bananas, oranges, soft spices, a bit of rye like bite from the cardamon. Good.

Draught at brewery. Basic wit flavors of banana. Yeasty and body very wit like. Rye might give it a bit more body.

Sampled on 10/1/2012 at Odells Brewery. This witbier pours a light gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, fruity and sweet. A light to medium bodied witbier. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. Decent carbonation. The cardamom adds an interesting aspect to this beer, it brings out the sweetness and adds an interesting earthiness and spiciness to the beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Tap @ Odell. Pours a slightly hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Pretty spicy, cardamom/coriander, citrus zesty aroma. Tangy fruity, lemon, chewy cardamom-spiced cookie, coriander, lemon flavor. Easy to drink.

Tap at Odell. Hazy straw with a small white head. Big nose of coriander and dry subtle orange peel. Taste is pretty dry but full of wheat and coriander and citrus peel. Long wheaty Coriander finish. Didn’t taste much rye.
