COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A slightly dry American brown ale that has subtle caramel and nutty notes, dry hopped with Cascade, Simcoe and Amarilla hops giving this ale a nice piney aroma. Enjoying it at warmer temps gives more maltiness.

On tap at Odell on 12/22. Pours a brown color with white head. Nutty, hoppy, grassy, toffee flavors. Really nice beer. My favorite of the new Odells beers I tried while visiting Odells.

On tap at Odells Tasting room poured a clear reddish brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of cocoas, carmel, tangerine and pink grapefruit. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of cocoa, carmel, tangerine and pink grapefruit with a smooth dry lingering moderatly bitter citrus finish.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2012 Tasted on tap at the brewery in Fort Collins. Dark brown appearance with a nitro-like creamy head. Earthly, piney aroma. Pine/juniper dominated flavor that’s similar to some American red ales. Pretty interesting.

Part of a killer taster tray I am currently enjoying at the brewery - aroma of earthy hops, raisin, caramel - earthy, semi-dry and quite bitter, but with a sturdy malt base - a nice dry nuttiness, but some fig, raisin and caramel sweetness to balance it out - quite nice.
