Bottle. Pours clear orange with foamy white head. Aroma is piney, tropical, lots of pineapple, mango. Taste is on the sweeter side for a pale ale, high carbonation, light to medium bodied, crisp. Overall, good.

The hop character on this beer is lacking. It tastes ok but they need to find the right balance of hops. Smooth. More hops needed.

Brouwerij (945) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - APR 16, 2014
Bottle thanks to Smoky. Pours clear copper gold with pillowy white head. Decent retention with some stringy lace. Aroma is resinous, very skunky, mildly piney hops, mild malt sweetness in background. Flavor is skunky, resinous hops with a similar lingering aftertaste. Not a big fan of the hop profile, very skunky hops. Soft carbonation, medium-light body, and relatively smooth texture.

Bottle. Raw dry hop odor is vegetal, green, mango and resinous burnt pineapple and floor cleaner. Medium body, thinning finish, some chalk/silt yeast character typical of Odell. Immensely sweet for its size, with citrus rind and pine resin acidity and bitterness. Lime meringue, grass, pine sap, sugar.

Livendadream (133) - New Mexico, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Btl pours hazy glowing yellow with a tint of orange. Nice frothy head that lingers for a while leaving good lace on glass. Smells of flowers, pine, herbs, citrus and fresh chives. Tastes of lightly sweet malt, bread, tropical fruits, citrus, pears and some sort of spice. Light body, smooth mouthfeel, lively carbonation and a dry, tart finish. The clean and crisp experimental hop flavors make this ale unique and interesting. The hops have a very smooth and mellow bitterness. This beer stands out amongst other pales.

12 oz. bottle. Appearance: two fingers of slightly offwhite head, great lacing, head lasts, straw yellow, clear. Aroma: lemon citrus, hay, light wheat, Palate: light body, average carbonation, bitter lasting finish, slightly sticky. Taste: light wheat beer sweetness up front, followed by great bitterness. Overall, I am really enjoying this beer, well balanced, different, and refreshing.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice citrus, lots of floral, spicy notes, some yeast going into some biscuit, bready notes, slight white fruit actually comes through as well. Taste is a mix of bread, biscuit into some herbal, piney hops, slight citrus in there going into some earth, dry, bitter. Good pale ale.
