Thomas Creek did a fine job with O’Dempseys Inukshuk. Pours a dark yellow, clear. Nice white head that hangs on. Good Carbonation nice sweet hoppy aroma. Nice hop flavor that is upfront but not too bold. Mouth feel is very nice. Bittering in aftertaste is great. As the picture on the label aludes to, it is definitely a well balanced beer!

I wanted to like this. The label was really nice. It was recommended at a beer store. A little too much malt for me.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle thanks to VSU. an overly sweet cereal aroma with a slight grassy character. I though Danny liked me. Guess not. Taste of dog food and crackers. No real hops. Anywhere. No hops pics

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Picked up a six pack of this on a recent trip to South Carolina. I seem to have a better opinion of it than most here. It’s not West Coast IPA, but so far it’s the best IPA I’ve brought back from that trip. Smooth, no off flavors, and fresh tasting. I’d sure like to find this on tap on my next trip down there.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle into shaker. Medium-dark amber. Clear, but not crystal. Nose of caramel, bread malts. Over-the-top floral hops. Doughy, cheesy yeast. Intense malty flavor balanced with floral, honey-like hops flavor. Not bitter at all. Overall very sweet for an IPA, but hey, if they all tasted the same we wouldn’t try them.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle shared with Linh. Pours a clear, golden honey body with no head - thin soapy white lacing but pretty minimal. Aroma is pretty faint overall - some oranges and sweet malt. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of bitter orange, malts, light toast, spice and grain.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle. Clear amber pour with thin foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, and basement. Tastes of dirt, citrus, pine, and some fruitiness. Sharp bitterness on the finish.

Cask at Taco Mac. Very malty ipa. Thought this was more characteristic of an English IPA. Just ok IMHO.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. This is a thin and tinny IPA without the requisite bitterness and hoppiness one looks for.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle pour of orange gold brown with a med cream lacy head. Aroma of big honey and caramel malt only a hit of herbal like hops. Taste of same big sweet roasted malt with a pine like bitter that sneaks up at the end. Med body with a good carbonation that plays on the tongue with a med lingering bitter. Easy sipping beer that is well balanced but not really an IPA, the hops are more herbal than citrusy and the malt is very predominate. Would drink again but maybe it should be renamed as it's not what I expected being listed as an IPA.
