COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inukshuks were originally created as directional markers and used as landmarks for travelers on the Arctic Tundra. These stone sculptures can now be found all over North America and today they have become a symbol for hope, friendship and hospitality. We can’t think of a better icon for our North American IPA. O’Dempsey’s Inukshuk IPA combines a bitter hop bite and citrus nose with just enough of a malt backbone to achieve a balancing act for your senses. Enjoy.

Light aroma that reveals some caramel, resin, and citrus. The taste is in line with the aroma, very weak with mild sweetness. Not much carbonation remains after the pour, and the palate is thin. When an ale does not offer much aroma and taste, the balance touted on the label is more easily attained. Tastes like BMC craft poser brand, trying to retain a consumer intrigued by the craft movement.

Clear orange with basically no head. I feel like this IPA is the same recipe as every other middle of the pack IPA. Great for rock ’em sock ’em robot matches.

Pours golden with a big head. Aroma is of caramel malts with some floral and citrus hops. The taste is of bitter citrus hops, toasted malts and nutty notes. Medium bodied. Nothing out of the ordinary.

DarkSong (292) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - APR 14, 2014
It pours a slightly dark golden color with a medium sized white head. It has a floral and spicy hop aroma. It is bitter and dry with pine and resin taste. I like this beer a good bit more than most of the reviewers who’s reviews I’ve read. It’s a very good IPA in my opinion, it just lacks the typical citrus hop flavor.

Poured an amber orange color from the bottle with aromas of feint citrus and feint pine, you really have to get nose as close as possible for those. Flavors were crackers and stale citrus with a touch of pine. Might not have been a fresh bottle will try to revisit next time in ATL.

Bottle share thanks to Homer321. Clear amber color. Very malty aroma, some light hop character. Sweet, malty, need moar hops.

Bottle thanks to VSU. an overly sweet cereal aroma with a slight grassy character. I though Danny liked me. Guess not. Taste of dog food and crackers. No real hops. Anywhere. No hops pics

Picked up a six pack of this on a recent trip to South Carolina. I seem to have a better opinion of it than most here. It’s not West Coast IPA, but so far it’s the best IPA I’ve brought back from that trip. Smooth, no off flavors, and fresh tasting. I’d sure like to find this on tap on my next trip down there.

Bottle into shaker. Medium-dark amber. Clear, but not crystal. Nose of caramel, bread malts. Over-the-top floral hops. Doughy, cheesy yeast. Intense malty flavor balanced with floral, honey-like hops flavor. Not bitter at all. Overall very sweet for an IPA, but hey, if they all tasted the same we wouldn’t try them.

Bottle shared with Linh. Pours a clear, golden honey body with no head - thin soapy white lacing but pretty minimal. Aroma is pretty faint overall - some oranges and sweet malt. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of bitter orange, malts, light toast, spice and grain.

12 oz bottle. Clear amber pour with thin foamy white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, and basement. Tastes of dirt, citrus, pine, and some fruitiness. Sharp bitterness on the finish.
