3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
650ml bottle pours a deep amber color with a finger of light beige head that leaves only a few spots of lacing. Aroma is dark fruits with some caramel and yeast. Taste is a bold caramel malty and dark fruity sweetness with some light hops and a mild yeasty finish. Medium bodied with acceptable carbonation leave a pleasant sensation on the palate. Very nicely done Belgian style ale from Washington state.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Cloudy dark copper pour with limited carbonation. Taste is quad-light. Strongly sugar-oriented malt flavor, particularly molasses. Belgian yeast gives it some twang. Perhaps a tad too syrupy and "thick" -- a very heavy ale. B/B-

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a dark brown with light cream head that quickly disappears. Aroma of dark candied fruits. Taste is heavy on the malts, a bit syrupy. A tiny bit of bitterness. Pretty smooth for the high alcohol content. Good!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I kept on thinking about that Avengers character while drinking this one. Itís a dark affair, decent barley notes and okay head. Flavour is heavy on the malts and there is no real cloying sweetness to it. A good session beer as itís highly drinkable but not too complex.
