Still terrible, but better than the rest of the beers thrust onto the American people by this bastion of bad brewing. beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA

Better than alot of the macro-cheapo beers.
Wartery with a head that dissapates faster than 7-up,but deffinantly goes down easy, and is a refreshing change up from soda when you don’t want the alchohol.
Sadly willblake said it best "Overall, I think this may be the best of the NAs and one of A-B’s best products."
That's a not-so shocking but true statement.

My dad always has a bunch of NAs in the fridge, "what the hell, let’s give it a go" I said. Pours a light brown, reminiscent of a bitter; the head is nearly non-existent after an initial flurry. Aromas are surprisingly appealing. I get no off smells, rather it is sweet and malty, a bit like some alts’ salted pretzel smell. The flavor is not as appealing, but not offensive either. I always try to figure just what it is that missing in NA beers and I’ve figured it out, it’s the alcohol and the way alcohol factors in the flavor. This beer falls of midway through a decent front presentation of quite mild maltiness. The finish is unfortunately stale and even a bit dry. Overall, I think this may be the best of the NAs and one of A-B’s best products. robertsreality (2460), Minnesota, USA

Initial skunk cloud dissipated and left behind an aroma of fruit, honey, toasted bread, and wet cardboard. Sweet, tangy flavor like lemon tea. Malt presence seems very light and no hops or bitterness are detectable. Leaves an unappealing stale aftertaste. Thin, watery, fizzy palate. Castrated beers like this make me sad, however this isn’t quite as bad as anticipated. But I won’t be revisiting this one. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA

Caramel malt aromas. No hops. Sweet malts and caramel flavors. I agree with Doc, it is indeed almost like iced tea. Not too shabby.
