| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Jul 9, 2004 Better than regular O’Douls. Some brown color, malt aroma, and malty, slightly caramel finish in this. Sort of like iced tea, and still better than BMC beers. cstuartj (305), Washington, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Jul 7, 2004 It is by far better than standard ODouls but still why bother? I guess if you want an NA beer this is the one to get, to be fair there is a decent flavor, and a mild after taste. Drink it cold and fast if you must. REDDOGICE (202), nantucket, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 4/10 | 5/5 | 4/20 | Jul 7, 2004 This is the better N/A of the A-B family. Looks like the Beer Gods are happy with this one. punkeedo (465), San Antonio, Texas, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 9/20 | Jul 4, 2004 Not a bad NA, that’s for sure. This one might even be better than Heineken Buckler. The definite reason for this is that you don’t have the same watery aftertaste that I’ve found in so many NA’s before. It has a nice amber flavor to it, with a slightly sharp bite, due to a high carbonation level. Overall an alright NA--definitely my first choice, even above Buckler. Bryght (17), California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 21, 2004 Very, very nice malted amber. Not too sweet, but overcarbonated to the point of overflowing after the first swig. Make sure you poor it into a glass if you buy bottles. Attractive aroma, wonderful color. Not skunky enough for it to be in my Top Five, but it fits into my Top 10. screigh (260), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jun 18, 2004 Poured a large soap bubble looking head. It didn’t last long and zero lacing. I’m not sure of the aroma...dirty wheat? Color is nice. Very slight malty flavor with no after taste. While this is by no means a great or even good beer it is one of the better non-alcohol beers I have tasted. Nuffield (2721), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 4, 2004 The caramel helps the palate quite a bit, which otherwise is pretty mild (even slightly limply) carbonated. The aroma is muted at best and the flavor is only marginally better than a typical American macro. Decent color with a billowing head. If you can’t drink alcohol, you could do worse than this beer. | 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | May 31, 2004 Bottle - Darker amber color with a moderate white head that disappeared quickly. Some caramel/malt and hops in the flavor. Weakly balanced. Better than regular O’Douls.
