UPDATED: AUG 4, 2004 This was a little better then the regular O’Douls but still not great. Atleast it had some taste to it though not much.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is caramel on top of adjunct grain. Pours golden amber with much better head and lacing than original O’doul’s. Head diminishes, leaving a nice collar of foam. Taste is caramel corn, carbonated water. Carbonation is full. Very little bitterness. Overall, much better than the original, but still, I will only ever drink this again if I happen to get suckered into being someone’s designated driver.

Now how could i forget drinking this at the company party 2 years ago. I looked at the bottle and instinctively thought...’oh, alcohol’..but no my friends, i was horribly wrong. What i had found was a brown colored, falsly flavored kiddie punch!!! Its better than the regular fake odouls...but an odouls is still an odouls...fake!

I bought this once to cook my chili with; not worth the money at all. It has a nice fidelity of a reddish, coppery color, but is flat and bland otherwise.

7/1/08 From the bottle. Aroma is sweet/roast caramel lamt forward with a decent noble hop balance. Appearance is clear copper with a surprisingly well maintained white head. Flavor is extremely light, missing the aroma’s sweetness, and having only moderate noble hop bittering. Mouthfeel is low bodied with a low carb texture. Overall, this was better than expected for an NA, it’s just too bad it looks so good. Such trickery!

A amber beer with a tiny head. The aroma was bready as was the taste but all in all this made me ask WHY!!!!!!!!

It has the typical skunky non-alcoholic flavor. Not much difference between them all!

Pours a cream-soda bronze with a small head that fades quickly. Aroma is slightly malty and slightly metallic with a pinch of citrus and honey way in the background. Flavor isn’t too bad; A little caramel and lemon appear, as well as malt. This genuinely is an amber ale sans alcohol. Palate is decent, medium viscosity and carbonation. Really would make an average amber if it was about 5%. Overall, fair.
