1.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Ugh... just rating because I don’t have the Low Alcohol style. Figured this was the only one I’d ever heard of, so here it goes: it’s crap. pale yellow, tastes like straw and cereal, I guess. Watery and metallic.

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Bottle to pint. Looks cheap; a transparent yellow with white head. Smells and tastes like watered down light beer with a thin, unpleasant mouthfeel. Fail.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Pours clear yellow gold with a white head. Nose/taste is very bland - water and sweet corn. Lighter bodied. Less offensive then many pale lagers of this caliber.

1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Clear, pale yellow with a white head. The aroma is mostly corn. Watery with soft carbonation. The taste is flat and tasteless with a clean finish (because its not beer).

1.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
355 ml can. Pours a very pale, clear straw with a short-lasting white head. Tastes like corn and water. Light bitterness. Light bodied. Very watery. Cheap, water tasting product. Feels like commercial pilsner with perrier water in it.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
355 ml bottle at the Red Lobster, Toms River, NJ.
Clear pale golden colour with tiny white head.
Mild green apple and mild malt in aroma.
Flavour is green apple, malt and mild sweetness. Still quite dry. Surprisingly drinkable. Goes well with the lobster anyway.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Appearance: Pours a clear, light yellow-hued body with a thinnish layer of fizz up top.
Smell: Just a lone, ineffective note of cheap cracked grain.
Taste: Sad-tasting, limp cereal grains up front with just the most fleeting amount of sweetness. Near nil hop bitterness but zero hop flavor. Fairly clean at the soda water finish.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied and rather watery in the mouthfeel. Fizzly carbonation akin to seltzer water.

0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
This beer is... Pretty decent given it’s attributes. But put against canned lagers, at least O’Douls doesn’t have that bland processed corn meal aftertaste. The carbonation is pretty high and leaves a sort of artificial sweetener finish.

0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Appearance: clear light straw under a thin fizzy head which disappears faster than I can pour the beer. Swirls like a carbonated soda pop.
Nose: very bland and virtually nonexistent. Watery lemon flavored water. Salty and fizzy like club soda.
Palate: thin watery sweet corn and seltzer water mixed together in a bastardized assault on the senses. Fizzy and spritzy, almost painfully so. Salt in the back.
Final Thoughts: I never understood the need for a non-alcoholic beer, still don’t, and never will. If you can’t drink alcohol, then drink something else deliciously artisanal and fresh; don’t settle for an inferior poorly made product that contrary to your mad reasoning tastes nothing like real beer. Nothing. And for those 21 and under – nope, you still can’t buy and drink NA Beer because it has one-half of a percent of alcohol in it. So confused…

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Pours clear, light gold with a small, quick white head.
Scent is grain, sweet corn malt.
Taste is heavily grained.......water.
Basically drinkable for what it is.....serve just above freezing and gulp rapidly...smile convincingly that you are satisfied being the designated driver.
It’s the only way.
