Anonymous? Give this bleeper a name and make more of it. Of the five cask ales at In De Wildeman I tried October 3rd this one is my favorite. Overripe pineapple and mandarins. Made me want to have more of this!

On tap @ Beer Temple. Blond color, but very cloudy. Very dense, rocky white head, with long retention & good lacing. Aroma’s: resin, herbal, bitter, a bit lemon, with some sweet & sour fruit & hop-oil retronasal. Flavor is bitter with a fruity sweet backbone, herbal too. Light bodied. Strong bitterness in the finish.

Draught at Beer temple. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head that disappears quickly. Smell malts, lightly hops, a bit buttery. Taste malts, slightly fruity, bitter hops, bitter, slightly perfume. Bitter aftertaste. Low to medium body, medium carbonation.
